About the roles
Senior designers (SD) will report to the associate design director. They will be allocated their own projects to run, with the assistance of their team. Due to the nature of the role, the SD will work collaboratively and effectively with the other members of the design team to generate accurate, technical and creative design solutions. The SD will support the junior members of the team and ensure they learn and develop through supportive delegation of duties.
Mid-level designers report to a senior designer. Due to the nature of the role, a mid-level designer will work collaboratively and effectively with the other members of the design team to generate accurate, technical and creative design solutions.

Education and experience:
- degree or equivalent in interior design, furniture design or architecture or another relevant qualification
- tangible experience at the required level with good knowledge of running high-budget luxury residential design projects
- experience working for a similar luxury interior design firm, preferably in London
Skills and competencies:
- recognised qualification in interior design
- excellent attention to detail
- good CAD, Photoshop and InDesign skills
- experience of working on high budget projects from inception/concept design stage to completion on site
- industry knowledge – a flair and passion for luxury residential FF&E design
- project management skills – able to deliver projects on time and on budget
- self-management – organised and able to keep on a schedule despite obstacles
- technical skills – excellent technical skills
- interpersonal skills – able to work within a diverse and challenging work environment and able to get along with a diverse group of creative, technical and administrative professionals
- decision making skills – quick lateral and forward-thinking capabilities with the ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
- experienced user of Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel, EstiPC, Studio Designer and Outlook
- communication skills – excellent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- willing to continuously develop skills, knowledge and behaviour to improve own level of performance
We pay at a market rate based on experience.
