Project architect/Part 2 architectural assistant

MarshKeene is seeking a project architect or Part 2 architectural assistant to join its growing team in Hampshire, UK.
We are a small, ambitious architectural and interior design practice working on a wide range of exciting residential and commercial projects. Our studio is based in Hampshire, however, the majority of our projects are in London and we would be open to a hybrid working arrangement.
Requirements:
- at least five years’ experience working in private practice within the UK
- experience working on projects through all RIBA work stages
- strong understanding of the UK building regulations and planning system
- ability to independently produce technical packages for tender and construction
- experience managing projects on-site
- experience collaborating and coordinating with external consultants and suppliers
- excellent design, graphic skills and an eye for detail
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- proficiency in Vectorworks, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite is essential
- eligible to work in the UK and available to start on short notice
