Job description
We are currently seeking to appoint a bid manager to join our expanding studio in London. If you have the required competencies and are passionate about working in a dynamic international architectural design practice, we would love to hear from you.
All candidates must have:
- minimum of eight years’ working relevant experience
- degree educated or relevant years of industry experience
- previous working experience in the architectural industry is highly preferable
- demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in tender submissions and proposals, procurement regulations and contract management principles
- organised and detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritise to meet multiple deadlines
- previous experience managing projects and initiatives, good business and numeracy sense
- proficient with Microsoft Office packages and Creative Suite software, in particular InDesign
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated to work under pressure
