ABHR_A is hiring an architect to join its team in London.
About us
We are a small practice of four – two directors, an architect and an assistant. We enjoy working as a team on a range of small to medium projects including home extensions and refurbishments, new build homes and public refurbishment projects for council and commercial clients. Our projects sometimes include listed buildings.
About the role
The role involves collaborating with the rest of the studio team, our clients and consultants to deliver full services from RIBA Stage 1-7. You will be Part 3 qualified and will have experience of traditional contracts. You will be leading on your own projects with support from the directors and the assistant. You will deliver drawn and written information, be client facing, attend site, administer building contracts and support contractors to deliver quality on site.
This role will allow you to be creative in problem solving, and to contribute to the design development of all projects in the studio.
The role is 100% studio based.
