BIM coordinator
at Haverstock
Haverstock is looking for a BIM coordinator to join its team in London.
The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture.
As a design-led architectural studio, we work side-by-side with clients to create inspiring, life-changing buildings. We focus on specialist public-sector projects, using a combination of creativity and rigorous thinking to tackle varied and complex briefs.

The role will include:
- leading the ongoing implementation of BIM standards and procedures in the studio
- Revit project setup utilising, creating and maintaining template files
- create accurate Revit families in response to project needs
- assist the team in coordinating and maintaining project BIM models and associated BIM support documents through the project lifecycle
- ensuring the continuity of quality and accuracy of BIM models, families and data
- day to day support in Revit for the team
- federating 3D models and managing clash detection using Revit and Navisworks, generating reports and solutions
- occasionally taking part in some project work to support teams
It would be an advantage if you had:
- good knowledge of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations and data exchange formats (IFC)
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- a background in architecture or construction and/or a passion for making and construction processes
- good knowledge of COBIE data and its implementation within a BIM environment
- at least three years’ experience on BIM-led projects of various scales with a strong understanding of the BIM process and project coordination on live projects
- three years’ plus of experience using Revit, with extensive problem-solving skills on technical issues
- experience in Navisworks and clash detection processes
- knowledge of Enscape, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo and other technology software packages
- enthusiasm for improving the social value of architecture
