Architectural technician/senior architectural technician
Brookes Architects is looking for an architectural technician/senior architectural technician to join its London-based practice.
Brookes Architects has a strong reputation for producing high-quality architecture and has been established for over 30 years. We are located on the edge of Richmond Park, with our office in the Grange at the Bank of England Sports Club.
Our 30+ staff work on a broad range of residential projects from one-off houses to affordable and high-end private apartments, student housing, hotels, places of worship, etc., often with various mixed-use commercial elements within the developments.
We are seeking experienced architectural technicians/senior architectural technicians to join our teams and work on a number of projects through the detailed design and construction stages. Successful candidates will have a proven technical design and detailing ability and a sound knowledge of statutory regulations, contractual procurement and delivery requirements.
We are looking for talented individuals to contribute technical expertise to the design teams. This role will require you to work effectively with and help to develop the team. It is essential you possess excellent communication skills with fluent verbal and written English.

All projects are delivered in BIM, therefore, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven Revit proficiency, although training will be given to those transitioning from other BIM platforms. We were early adopters of BIM technology, developing our own in-house Revit systems and processes for over 10 years and are actively involved in local and national Revit user groups.
