We are looking for new colleagues due to growth in German, Spanish, Danish and Swedish speaking countries.
What you will do
You offer proactive support and weekly consultation to dealers, architects and agents within the countries you work on. You maintain customer contact through various communication channels and provide all necessary product information to our customers. You enjoy the challenge to follow up on leads and support the Sales Representatives. You make and follow up quotations. You take care of sample materials and trial placements. You keep customer data up to date in the CRM system and handle all product and sales related questions.
Candidate we are looking for
You are an energetic, organised colleague who proactively fulfils customers wishes, a clear communicator and drive to exceed customers’ expectations with integrity and reliability. You are team focussed, express an inherent interest in supporting customers and colleagues, gladly and easily through your conversations and services. You have excellent communication skills in German, Spanish, Danish and/ or Swedish (native-level) as well as English fluency. You have an affinity with design and interior and you want to join our team in Arnhem, Netherlands.
