Nichetto Studio is looking for a design intern to join its team in Venice, Italy.
Context
Nichetto Studio is a multi-disciplinary studio that works with many different clients all over the world. We work with varied tools to seek clever solutions for classic problems. We need driven and enthusiastic applicants who display individuality and are good at proactive communication and problem-solving.
Job description
The candidates will be involved in all the phases of the creative process, including sketches and concept, 3D modelling, visualisations, technical drawings and industrialisation support to companies which require it.
The candidates will be supervised and guided through the production process by their direct superior.
We don’t believe in remote working: the candidate will be required to be present in the office from Monday to Friday.
Duration
It is important to us that the candidate has the opportunity to enhance their professional skills by participating, as much as possible, in all phases of the creative process, from concept to industrialisation. For this reason, the internship will last no less than eight months.
Skills
The required individual should meet the following criteria:
- excellent 3D modelling with the following software Rhinoceros, Keyshot, Blender or other polygonal 3D software is a plus and Solidworks or other parametric 3D software is a plus
- proficiency in basic graphic design using the following software Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Suite
The ideal candidate speaks and writes fluently in English.
Proficiency in written and spoken Italian is desirable. Other languages are a plus.
Eligibility
The position is a paid internship, open to students or post-degree young professionals.
