LTS Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.

We are looking for a full-time Part 2 architectural assistant to join the team in our London studio (based in the heart of Spitalfields).

Key responsibilities:

• assisting the team, in the day-to-day running of the business
• assisting the team with the preparation of client presentation packages, reports and design and access statements
• preparation of computer models, renders and drawings and information for all RIBA work stages

What we are looking for:

• strong design skills with an interest in materials and the environment
• excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• confidence in your ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• positivity, initiative and focus
• enthusiasm, passion and spark
• adaptable, hardworking and quick to learn
• excellent time management, organisation, planning and attention to detail, ability to think creatively and problem-solve through design

We would like you demonstrate the following:

• one to two years’ prior experience in practice
• excellent design capability, strong communication, a willingness to learn
• knowledge/experience using Revit required
• be fluent in AutoCAD, proficient in Photoshop and InDesign as well as having knowledge of SketchUp
• strong capability in 3D modelling and rendering in a preferred software to a high level
• show experience of delivering neat, clear and accurate design information
• demonstrate an interest in working on interior-focused projects
• based/living in London (interviews in person)
• eligible to work in the UK and hold a UK visa or work permit (valid for minimum of two years)
