Architect – interiors focused
at LTS Architects
LTS Architects is seeking an interiors-focused architect to join its team in London.

We are looking for a full-time architect, interiors focussed, to join the team in our London studio (based in the heart of Spitalfields).
Key responsibilities:
- full project delivery: from briefing, concept, planning, and technical design through to contract administration and site completion
- client liaison, team coordination, and day-to-day project management
- overseeing and mentoring junior staff and assistants
- creating designs from concept and developing through to delivery
- researching and creating presentations for architectural fixtures and finishes
- drawings for GA’s, elevations, ceiling and room plans including sections, details and technical design
- drawings for joinery designs as well as full rooms including paneling, windows and full interior architectural detailing
- presenting to clients
- carrying out site visits to oversee site progress
- Interior architectural research, presentations and bespoke designs as well as pricing and obtaining procurement information
- ensuring quality and consistency across drawing sets and construction detailing
Key requirements:
- at least three years’ post-Part 3 qualification experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail, particularly in construction and materials
- ability to work well in a team
- excellent time management, organisation, planning and attention to detail, ability to think creatively and problem-solve through design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
- Eligible to work in the UK
Good to have:
- Revit proficiency highly valued
- experience in education and university
- experience in retrofit
- experience in heritage or listed buildings
Key qualities we are looking for:
- a passion for design, we’re looking for someone creative who is driven to deliver new, high quality and exciting environments.
- a technical focus, someone who has excellent attention to detail and a thorough way of working
- good organisation and friendly communication skills are very important.
- excellent knowledge of suppliers and experience in sourcing interior architectural finishes and fixtures
- on-site site experience liaising with suppliers and contractors and ensuring that design intent and quality are maintained
- formal training in architecture or interior architecture, this is not intended to be an FF&E-only role
