Jestico + Whiles is hiring an architectural technologist (Revit specialist) to join its team in London.
Jestico + Whiles is a friendly, design-orientated architecture and interior design practice based in Clerkenwell. We are looking for a talented architectural technologist to join our team and support the technical delivery of a range of exciting projects.
You will bring a solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations, strong Revit skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and consultants to deliver high-quality design outcomes. This role will suit someone who is technically driven, detail-focused, and enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines.
What you’ll do:
- work across various teams in the office on housing, education and hospitality projects
- produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- contribute to the delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 4–6 (with exposure to earlier stages)
- coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design challenges
- develop and refine Revit models in line with office standards and BIM protocols
- help improve BIM practices and technical standards within the studio
What we’re looking for:
- minimum three to five years’ experience in an architectural or construction environment
- BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology (or equivalent) and CIAT qualified/working towards
- proven experience delivering large-scale projects (education/residential experience advantageous)
- advanced proficiency in Revit; experience with NBS and BIM workflows a plus
- excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- strong communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative mindset
- an interest in low-carbon, sustainable design is highly desirable
