Mibe Architects is seeking a talented and motivated architect to join its growing London studio.

Following several exciting new commissions, we are looking for an Architect to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across all project stages and is eager to play a key role in a close-knit, collaborative practice.
Our work spans high-end private residential projects, from new-build homes to refined refurbishments and interiors, with increasing involvement in small to medium-scale mixed-use schemes. This position will primarily focus on leading a 20,000 sq ft refurbishment for a flagship retail project in London. We are passionate about thoughtful design, careful detailing, and creating meaningful architecture.
Architect – experience and role
Applicants should have a minimum of one to two years’ post-qualification experience in the UK, including work on new-build and or retail fit out projects across all stages. A strong technical understanding, design sensibility, and eye for detail are essential. You will contribute to projects from inception to completion, reporting to the directors and collaborating closely with our growing team.
The role requires confidence in running projects day-to-day, communicating directly with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality design outcomes.
Essential skills and experience:
- minimum one to two years’ post-qualification UK experience
- proven experience across RIBA Stages 1–5
- strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and Building Regulations
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- proficiency in Revit (2D and 3D) and familiarity with InDesign, Rhino, and Lumion
- strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- experience managing and coordinating within a team
- confidence in liaising with clients and consultants
- motivation to contribute to the practice’s growth
