Project architect

DMBA is seeking a project architect to join its team in London, starting in early 2025.

DMBA is seeking a forward-thinking, self-motivated project architect who is passionate about architecture and design, with the ability to mentor junior staff members.
Essential role requirements:
- qualified from a university with ARB recognised Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 level qualifications
- completed ARB registration
- two years of minimum experience post qualification
- proficient in Revit
- must have demonstrated the ability to run several projects successfully, or a single, more complex project, managing and mentoring a small team of varying levels of experience
- able to manage workloads effectively and report back to management with clarity
- proficiency using Revit, Enscape and Adobe
- excellent organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent presentation skills with the ability to be client-facing
- knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques
- a solid understanding of the planning process, RIBA stages of development and the UK development industry
- eligible to work in the UK.
