Bureau de Change Architects is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
Bureau de change is looking for talented Part 3 architects for a number of residential, commercial and mixed use projects across all work stages.
Candidates must have:
- three+ years of post qualification experience in the UK
- excellent conceptual, graphic and design skills
- strong technical ability and knowledge of UK Building regulations and UK planning policies
- expert knowledge and proven practical background in Rhino, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- excellent spoken and written communication in English
