Handel Architects is seeking an architectural designer to join its office in New York, USA.
Our New York office is currently growing and seeking creative and multi-faceted candidates to join our team. You will be joining a project team that is designing/documenting high rise, mixed-use towers from schematic design through construction administration. Our office of over 100 architects and designers is a vibrant and collective workplace that emphasizes design and technical excellence.
Requirements:
- three to seven years’ of professional experience
- demonstrate participation on a minimum of two large scale projects
- experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office.
- experience with interoperability between BIM and other environments is a plus
- candidates must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working within a team
- detail-orientated, able to carry out design concept to realization
- registered architect or on the path to licensure a plus
- LEED certification a plus
