Senior technical architect
SOM has an opportunity for a senior technical architect to join its London practice.

Desired skills and expertise:
- completion of five or six-year architectural degree program
- experience in all phases of project work including preparation of concept, planning, schematic, detailed design and construction documents and supporting materials
- advanced knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, building systems selection, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies and building codes
- demonstrate practical knowledge of space programming and functional adjacencies
- full proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Digital Project/CATIA, 3dsMAX and Microsoft Office programs
- ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
