Brookes Architects has been established for over 35 years and has a strong reputation for producing high-quality architecture. We are located close to Richmond Park with our office in The Grange at The Bank of England Sports Club.
We work on a broad range of residential projects from one-off houses to large affordable and high-end private multi-storey apartment developments, student housing, hotels and various mixed-use commercial and community elements.
We are seeking architects/architectural assistants with the ambition to progress their careers. Successful candidates will ideally have at least three years’ post Part 2 UK experience, ideally within the residential sector, assisting in the development of projects at planning and technical design/production information stages. They will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of planning and statutory building regulations with a proactive approach to working to drive project design development.
All our projects are delivered in BIM, therefore, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate Revit proficiency on live projects, although training will be given to those with more limited experience.
Excellent communication skills, with fluent verbal and written English, are essential.
