Fuse Architects has a vacancy for an architectural technician to join its firm in London.
Fuse Architects are currently seeking a highly skilled technician assisting with several working drawing packages for national house builders along with private developers and registered providers.
Fuse Architects have evolved from the amalgamation of two long-standing and renowned architectural practices. Bringing together the 16 plus years’ experience of MDR Associates and the expertise and 30 plus years’ experience of the award-winning David Hughes Architects, Fuse Architects pride themselves on exceptional quality of design and delivery which has been refined utilising our decades of collective experience.
As part of our continuously increasing project pipeline, Fuse Architects are currently seeking an exceptional new team member to join our team of 20. This excellent opportunity will see the successful candidate based in our London Bridge office and offers exposure to an array of projects, covering primarily RIBA stages 4-7 with longer-term exposure to front-end planning projects if desired.

The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work directly with our senior technical team delivering medium to large scale residential projects.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced technician/technologist with the following key attributes:
- three plus years of in-depth experience with Revit
- ability to prepare working drawing packages, specifications and tender packages to a very high standard
- experience and an in-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
- ability to coordinate project teams and liaise between all consultants in the delivery of technical packages
- client facing position requiring daily contact with clients and consultants
- willingness to work independently and as part of a larger team on a range of projects
- managing workloads of multiple projects
- excellent communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English
