at PLP Architecture

PLP Architecture is looking for a receptionist to join its team in London.

PLP is a group of architects, designers and thinkers who value the transformative role of ideas and the capacity for architecture to inspire. We are seeing a receptionist to join our London office.

The main responsibilities include:

  • managing the reception area, ensuring it is kept tidy – transfer calls, meet and greet clients, organise couriers, setting up webex
  • managing the meeting room system on outlook
  • ordering stationery and lunch for meetings
  • you will be part of a wider administration team and will provide additional support when required

  • enthusiastic and flexible approach
