Formation Architects has a vacancy for a BIM coordinator to join its firm in London.
Formation Architects is seeking a BIM coordinator to join the practice to support architectural teams in the use of BIM tools and workflows, particularly Autodesk Revit.
Core responsibilities will span from initial project setup, maintaining models and associated project BIM support documents, performing BIM coordination exercises and training project team members.
Responsibilities:
- setting up of models
- mentoring users on best workflows and modelling techniques
- to monitor the agreed workflows and modelling techniques that are used on the project
- project-specific Revit content creation
- maintenance of project BIM documentation
- federate models and perform clash detection
- providing feedback on the team’s performance/requirements
Candidates need to have great communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in simple terms. Preference for sound technical understanding.
