RIBA Part-II architectural assistant

A vacancy is available for a RIBA Part-II architectural assistant in London.
AtelierWest is a young growing practice, based in the heart of London’s Knightsbridge. AW specialise in high-end residential architecture across London and the southeast, and also work on a variety of projects spanning retail, office, hospitality and education sectors. AW work with a mixture of private clients and London-based/international developers.
AtelierWest was established in 2011 and have recently been awarded a number of new large-scale exciting projects and as a result are looking to strengthen and expand our team.
AW are actively looking to employ a Part-II qualified architectural assistant working towards RIBA accreditation. The role would include heading the design and production of tender packages for a number of high-end Knightsbridge and Chelsea residential schemes, product specification along with preparing and submitting planning and listed building applications to a variety of boroughs.
The ideal candidate would have:
- post Part-II office experience
- high-end residential design experience
- construction pack production knowledge and experience
- experience in producing and submitting planning and listed building applications
- Vectorworks experience preferable
- SketchUp, Adobe preferable
This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and growing practice at the start of a number of interesting projects that would make the basis for a solid Part-III case study.
