Innes Associates is seeking an office manager to join its team in London.
We are looking for a bright enthusiastic individual to join our team and assist in the office with organisational tasks.
Website and marketing
Administering and updating IA’s website and social media regularly.
Business development
Researching networking opportunities and sourcing potential work for the practice.
Bookkeeping
Organising invoices using the accounting software, Xero, and uploading receipts to ReceiptBank in preparation for our accountant.
Office support
Ordering stationery, managing IA’s RIBA, ARB, NLA memberships, IT troubleshooting and liaising with IT support (computer care).
HR
Administering timesheets, assisting in annual reviews and drafting contracts for projects.
General day-to-day
Answering the phone and front door, managing the meeting room diary and ensuring the tidiness of the office.
Skills required:

- enthusiasm
- eye for detail
This position is for two to three days per week depending on both the candidate and the employer’s preferences.
