Senior interior designer/interior architect

Pirajean Lees is looking for a highly-skilled and creative senior interior designer or interior architect to join its London studio.
This position is for a talented, qualified, confident designer, with previous strong experience in leading interior design projects. A designer who shares our interest for materials and details, able to approach each project with a fresh perspective.
You will join our creative team, delivery high-end residential and hospitality projects globally.
The responsibilities will include:
- developing, leading and managing projects from conception to completion
- generating ideas and concept development
- detailing interior layouts
- producing technical drawings and tender packages
- research and sourcing
The candidates should have the following experience and skills:
- degree in architecture or interior design
- seven-plus years’ proven years’ experience, including two-plus years’ in a similar role, at a high-end design practice
- good team management skills
- good project management skills
- creative and practical knowledge
- strong technical detailing abilities to produce construction drawings
- strong attention to detail
- be able to manage relations with clients, suppliers and contractors
- excellent presentation and communication skills
- on-site experience
- competent in preparing CAD drawings packages
- fluent in English
- French-speaking is a bonus
Ability to work efficiently:
- in a fast-paced environment
- as part of a team and independently
- to tight deadlines
Must be fluent in:
- AutoCAD
- hand-sketching
- 3D modelling and rendering
- Photoshop
- InDesign
Full-time position.
