Receptionist
at PLP Architecture

PLP Architecture is hiring a receptionist to join its team in London.

PLP are a group of architects, designers and thinkers who value the transformative role of ideas and the capacity for architecture to inspire.

We are seeing a receptionist to join our London office on a full-time basis. The working hours will be either 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm, you will be required to be flexible to work either shift.

The main responsibilities include:

  • managing the reception area, ensuring it is kept tidy – transfer calls, meet and greet clients, organise couriers, setting up web meetings
  • setting up the office as well as reception each day
  • managing the meeting room system on Outlook
  • ordering stationery and lunch for meetings
  • monitoring and updating the building visitor management system with guests
  • you will be part of a wider administration team and will provide additional support when required

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent organisational and time management skills
  • enthusiastic and flexible approach
  • reliable and punctual
  • knowledge of MS Office
