Senior FF&E procurement manager

Lambs and Lions is seeking a senior FF&E procurement manager to join its team in Berlin, Germany.
Specialised in hospitality design, we work across the fields of interior architecture and design, art direction, brand creation and graphic design.
We are actively recruiting a well experienced, talented and creative procurement manager. A five year’s experience is required.
You will be based in our Berlin studio.
Requirements:
- strong experience with the whole FF&E and OS&E lifecycle in hospitality projects
- excellent aesthetic sense, great understanding of materials and attention to detail
- experience in developing and coordinating FF&E and OS&E specifications including bill of quantities
- strong negotiation and coordination skills with suppliers and project stakeholders
- great in visual and verbal communication (English)
- track record in creating FF&E and OS&E intend drawings
- assist in final stages of the project, ensuring all FF&E and OS&E and styling requirements are met
- comprehensive knowledge in Vectorworks/AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Excel
- German language skills are not required
