BIM coordinator

Populous is looking for a BIM coordinator to join its team in London.
We are seeking a BIM coordinator to join our London team supporting the architectural teams working on high profile sports and entertainment projects in the UK and overseas.
Based in our London office you will work closely with both our project teams and with design technology management to coordinate large BIM datasets and complex project design situations. Working alongside the BIM Manager, you shall be responsible for the upskill and mentorship of team members in design technology practice across all project stages.
In order to support our increasingly diverse projects and architectural teams you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- working knowledge of ISO19650
- advanced Revit skills and in-depth knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, with experience of running clash detection, and producing clash reports
- self-motivated with a pro-active attitude to champion cross-discipline BIM coordination
- collaborative working style to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- previous experience as a BIM coordinator working on medium/large scale projects in Revit and associated technologies
- architecture or architectural technologist degree or equivalent
- knowledge of Dynamo and the ability to manage, read and write scripts
- knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam, BIM360
