Design Haus Liberty is seeking an interior project architect with retail experience to join its team in London.

We are always innovating and operating in a highly entrepreneurial, fast paced environment. We’re looking for someone special to join our tight knit team and hit the ground running.
You will report the director and will be responsible for running projects from detailed design to completion – drawing production, managing small team, client liaison, contractor and consultant communication, managing project timelines.
The successful candidate will have:
- a minimum of three years of experience in taking projects from Stage 3 to Stage 5
- proven ability in fully owning project deliverables
- experience in putting drawing packages together through all RIBA stages (fully detailed interior design intent packages with technical design knowledge for interior/architectural elements, joinery as well as FF&E)
- experience in budget management, cost control and finding value-engineering solutions
- resourceful in material sourcing
- experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors and trades
- innovative design thinking and be comfortable interpreting design direction
- experience/knowledge in building control application
- proficient in CAD (Preferably also Rhino)
Salary: £42,000-48,000
