About the role
We are looking for a senior architectural technician to join our London studio where you’ll be supporting all of our project teams across a range of projects types, including commercial and workplace and education & science.
Amongst other duties, you’ll be responsible for:
- supporting team in production works during concept design and design development phases
- setup of new projects in Revit
- technical documentation in Revit
- liaising and managing outsource documentation support in providing information from designers and checking drawings to completion
- liaising with other consultants and contractors to assist coordination of Revit models and technical documentation
- supporting team during site construction to align design intent and technical documentation to contractor’s proposals
About you
We are looking for a talented senior architectural technician with a minimum of ten years professional experience who has a sound knowledge of construction processes and BIM collaboration/modelling.
You should also have:
- a proven track record of delivering interiors or architecture projects with a focus on commercial and workplace interiors
- advanced design development and documentation skills using Revit, Enscape, knowledge of Adobe Suite and other 3D visualisation software
- ability to provide direction and support to more junior members of the team
- excellent verbal communication skills
- relevant degree in interior design, interior architecture or similar with the relevant interiors experience
- right to work in the UK
