Conran and Partners is seeking a senior architect to join its team in London.
Conran and Partners is looking for a talented and enthusiastic senior architect with a creative bias to join our London studio in Clerkenwell, to work on a number of exciting projects.
Conran and Partners is a team of architects and interior designers with a world-class reputation spanning over half a century. With studios in the UK and Hong Kong we enjoy an international client and project list. Our RIBA chartered practice combines this valuable heritage with a contemporary vision that transforms bold ideas into truly inspiring buildings and interiors, working collaboratively across typologies and territories.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects from concept through to completion and become part of a dynamic and enjoyable studio.
Ideal candidates will have:
- five years experience post-Part 3 qualification/ARB registration
- creative flair and a conceptual approach to design through RIBA Stages 0-3 – generating and leading concepts
- enthusiasm and the ability to show initiative
- client facing experience, enthusiastic, and have the ability to lead a team.
- good drawing hand and an eye for detail
- strong design, communication presentation and graphic skills are essential
- the capability to collaborate and to innovate
- a good working knowledge of Revit would be beneficial
Whilst we are currently looking for team members to be involved in residential projects, we are keen to see a broad range of experience, as we encourage involvement in all projects across the studio.
Applicants should have a flair for design and experience working on high-quality projects demonstrated through a beautiful portfolio of work, demonstrating their ability to contribute to the design ethos of the practice.
This is a full-time position. All candidates should be eligible to work in the UK.
