Maison Arabella is an architectural award winning interior design company seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Studio and Accounts manager to assist and be part of a design studio, based in Belgravia, with international projects and a new homeware line (including furniture, lighting & accessories).

The applicant will be responsible for the organisation of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office and help drive the business forward.

The role:
- ensuring all office management duties are fulfilled including updating and maintaining; internal processes and systems, IT, HR admin, project administration and contracts, social media platforms and reception
- support the running of the studio, ensuring there are supplies, answering phone, setting up meeting rooms and basic housekeeping (when necessary)
- accounting duties such as basic bookkeeping, raising and reconciling invoices and making procurement payments.
- general administrative tasks to founder and creative director such as meeting scheduling, diary management
- assisting with all human resource tasks from recruitment to monitoring hourly team breakdowns, assisting with team issues and interns
- collating project/MA expense forms and signing off with director/issuing to finance manager on a monthly basis
- active support to the directors/designers: with regards to the business development, building new relationships with key people contacts in the architecture, real estate, and design sector, support of the design team and management during customer visits, follow-ups and translations, support in maintaining a general overview of business-related inquiries and direct communication with our clients
Essential skills:
- experience working in an interior design or architectural company
- experience with accounting and accounting software (Xero)
- organisational skills and acute attention to detail
- excellent and responsive commercial acumen
