Parti is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Parti are an award-winning, London-based architecture studio delivering a range of projects from small-scale private homes, to large institutional buildings in the UK and internationally. Parti specialise in thoughtful and creative designs, developed using an explorative, research based approach.
Parti are looking for an experienced architectural assistant to join our team. We have exciting projects at early stages, allowing a successful candidate the opportunity to work on projects from concept to completion. The role involves both design and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the design of a project, liaising with consultants and planning officers, visiting construction sites, and attending site meetings.
Requirements include:
- excellent design skills and attention to detail
- ideally two plus years post-Part 2 experience
- experience with technical drawing and putting together tender sets
- excellent organisational skills and time management
- excellent communication skills with good writing ability
- able to manage others and coordinate a project, some managerial experience preferred
