Falconer Chester Hall is seeking a Part 1 architectural assistant to join its growing London studio.
Our London studio is recruiting for a Part 1 architectural assistant to join our growing team. We are a creative and dynamic team, who enjoy taking a proactive and positive approach to the design and delivery of our clients’ projects. We are a friendly and social practice and like to maintain a strong work-life balance.
The successful candidate will gain experience working on a range of projects at different design stages including new build and large scale refurbishment projects with an emphasis on sustainable design. Applicants must have excellent design and 3D representation skills.
Education, skills and experience:
- minimum RIBA Part 1 or recognised equivalent architectural degree
- strong design and representation skills
- SketchUp, Revit (BIM) and Microstation skills
- proven Adobe Creative Suite skills
- a proactive approach to working within a team, with an ability to take
- initiative to work independently when required
- good written and verbal communication skills
