Brookes Architects is hiring a project architect – associate designate – to join its team in London.
Brookes Architects have been established for nearly 40 years, located in south-west London, close to Richmond Park with our office in The Grange at The Bank of England Sports Club.
We work on a broad range of residential projects from high-end one-off houses to large affordable and private multi-storey apartment developments with associated mixed use commercial and community elements.
We are seeking a project architect to lead emerging projects through design and production information/construction stages. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ UK residential job running experience with proven design and detailing ability and a sound knowledge of the planning process and statutory regulations.
Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a proven Revit proficiency. We were early adopters of BIM technology, developing our own in-house Revit systems and processes.
This role will require you to work effectively with and to lead and develop the project team. It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills with fluent verbal and written English.
This position provides the opportunity for the successful candidate to be a key member of an established but developing practice, with a clear pathway to Associate level and beyond. We are committed to supporting, mentoring, and developing our staff to the highest possible level.
Salary to be agreed commensurate with experience.
