OBR is hiring a personal assistant to join its studio in Milan, Italy.
OBR is currently looking for a talented personal assistant to support the one of the partner of the firm, cooperating with the office manager in Milan for a full-time collaboration.
The candidate shall be extremely organised and motivated and very proficient in English.
The candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their organisational and communication skills, working in a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- become the voice of the partner of the firm
- assist the Partner in his daily activity and planning
- deal with journalists for interviews
- engage with academies and universities for lectures and conferences
- pitch ideas in weekly meetings with the partner
- guest reception
- updating the contact list of the partner
- organising the personal agenda of the partner
- assist the communication team of OBR
- travels organisation of the partner (trains, flights, visa, hotels booking and reservations)
- scheduling the design meetings between the partner and the design managers
Abilities:
- self-starter
- personal interest in the art and architectural fields
- critical thinker
- work swiftly under deadlines, with strong organisational skills, able to prioritise
- soft skills in overviewing, problem-solving and team-working
- ability in working both individually and in collaborative-multidisciplinary team
- precise, with strong attention to written and visual details
- knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word (Microsoft Office) and Adobe Suite (InDesign)
- highly confidential, discreet and trustworthy
The selected candidate will initially be involved in OBR through a six-month internship with monthly remuneration, after which training path and long-term career opportunities will be evaluated.

The team will return to in the office location in Milan once restrictions are lifted and OBR determines it is safe to do so.
