Allies and Morrison is seeking an urban designer to join its team in London.

We are looking for an urban designer to join our urbanism team. This team specialises in planning, masterplanning, conservation, consultation and urban design.
Candidates should have a degree or master’s in architecture and/or urban design. We are looking for someone who is passionate about urbanism, self-motivated and can work efficiently across multiple projects.
Solid expertise in 2D and 3D design with CAD (preferably MicroStation and SketchUp) is essential. Good working knowledge in all Adobe Creative Suite applications (Adobe CS, Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator) is important. Knowledge of GIS would be desirable.
The main focus of the role will be to provide design assistance on masterplanning projects across a wide range of geographic scales and contexts. You will also support the team with the production of presentations, reports, exhibitions and illustrations. The role will be public facing so candidates must have good communication skills as well as meticulous attention to detail.
