Levitt Bernstein is seeking a project assistant and PA to join its team in London.

Levitt Bernstein is an award winning, design-led architectural practice of 140 people with offices in London and Manchester, working on a broad range of projects across housing, arts, education, health and commercial sectors. Many of our staff are involved in the industry more widely; contributing to debates, undertaking research, speaking at events and writing articles. Levitt Bernstein is a well-established, highly regarded and dynamic place to work. Our stimulating studio culture also includes regular socials, softball games and parties.

We are looking for a confident and well organised project assistant and PA with experience of working with multiple projects teams with varying deadlines in a similar environment, as well as experience of PA support at senior management level.

The role will include:

  • assisting with the smooth running of projects
  • creating documents and reports in InDesign
  • maintaining day to day paper and electronic document management
  • organising project meetings, booking rooms and travel arrangements
  • colouring and labelling sketches and drawings using Photoshop
  • research for project teams
  • coordination of project information via extranets
  • coordinating studio meetings and events
  • supporting directors with their busy diaries, handling emails, coordinating travel arrangements and undertaking secretarial work

Skills required:

  • excellent knowledge of MS Office and Adobe CC Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop
  • ability to be methodical, with an eye for detail
  • calm and professional manner with excellent spoken and written English
  • ability to work discretely and confidentially
  • work with competing and often challenging deadlines
  • work as part of both project and creative support teams
