CAD assistant

Pluck Kitchens is seeking a CAD assistant to join its production team in London.
Job description:
- working with client approved concept drawings, you will be creating detailed production drawings for each project
- production drawings will include 3D assemblies, CAM programming for the CNC, component breakdown and detailed packaging schedules
Requirements:
- degree in furniture/product design or other relevant design qualification
- CAD experience, preferably Rhino, but could be other similar software
- basic understanding of CNC machinery capabilities
- general knowledge of furniture and joinery construction methods
- ability to keep and maintain good quality records and follow procedures
- positive attitude to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
Details:
- full time, permanent position
- work days are Monday to Friday 9-6pm
- salary comparable to London living wage
- 21 days annual leave
- start date ASAP/November 2021
