Project architect
Makower Architects is looking for a project architect to join its team in London.
Makower Architects is seeking a highly motivated project architect with exceptional design and detailing skills to join its team in London for UK residential projects. Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ post Part-III experience and be a registered architect with the Architects Registration Board.
Applicants should have the following skills and experience:
– exceptional design skills
– excellent technical detailing skills
– experience of leading teams through technical design stages and construction phase
– confident in producing tender and construction information for projects of varying complexity
– good understanding of contracts and proven contract administration experience
– thorough knowledge of UK building regulations
– experience in UK residential projects
– working knowledge of Autodesk Revit/BIM is required
– good spoken and written English
