Re-a.d is seeking an interior architect/designer to join its team in New York/Miami, USA.
We are Re-a.d, a growing architecture office based in New York and Miami, working on all types of design throughout the year, from townhouses to festival installations, facade and furniture. We are entrepreneurs in spirit and are currently looking forward to having multifaceted interior architects/designers to grow with us. We are quickly doing more commercial work with some exciting retails and f&bs that require attention to details through interior design.

You will be working on projects ranging from residential renovations to retail spaces with an emphasis on food & beverage establishments. We are doing all renderings, project development, and details in house. While you will learn with us, you should be able to demonstrate skills that are relevant to each phase of the project.
The right candidate should have:
- professional degree in Interior design and/or Architecture. Eligible to work in the US
- three to five years’ of professional experience – required
- positive and proactive attitude. Spirit of initiative mandatory
- be able to prepare client presentations, present ideas and show demeanour
- strong design skills with a good eye for residential and commercial interiors
- excellent communication skills. Quality written English skills – required
- experience budgeting and sourcing FF&E – required
- knowledge of local and online brands and showrooms – required
- experience styling and preparing photoshoots – required
- a good understanding of AutoCAD, 3D modeling and Adobe creative suite – required
- ability to carry projects from the concept to construction stage. Interior construction details knowledge is a plus.
- ability to participate in putting architecture drawing sets a plus if interior designer profile
- strong project management skills a plus – experience with budgeting, estimates, timelines
Candidates must be based in New York or Miami.
