Senior designer

Catherine Wilman Interiors is seeking a senior designer to join its team in London.
You will be a good all-rounder with experience of managing large, high-end residential projects, from concept to handover.
This is a full-time position based at our studio in Notting Hill, West London.
The role includes acting as project leader, overseeing the interior architecture and FF&E teams.
It will also include:
- guiding clients through the interior selection process
- producing the project programme and managing budgets
- checking schedules and design intent/tender packages
- overseeing other project leaders running smaller projects
- mentoring junior designers
- helping to improve company processes and systems
Knowledge:
- interior design or architecture degree
- client and site liaison
- proficient in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp and EstiMac
- good knowledge of FF&E suppliers
Qualities:
- hard-working team player who is highly organised
- passion for design and an eye for detail
- professional and friendly with clients, suppliers and contractors
- fluent in both written and spoken English
- full-driving licence would be a bonus, but not essential
