Hollaway Studio is seeking a visualiser/3D modeler to join its team in Kent/London, UK.
Hollaway Studio are looking for an architectural visualiser/3D modeler who is passionate about design and architecture and can prove their talent to consistently create high quality design visualisations.
We require a motivated, enthusiastic individual who will bring passion and vision to the role. Working closely with partners and Architects across the Practice they will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver exciting visuals across all RIBA work stages. The work must be able to communicate early key design aspects as well as high quality final visuals. They will have excellent control of lighting impression and be able to show people inhabiting the spaces in a compelling way. Materiality and an eye for detailing are essential to deliver architectural realism. The ability to also create moving images and fly throughs would be welcomed.
This role provides the opportunity to develop a style that will become part of the practice’s brand, so consistency will be a key part of the role. The ideal candidate will be able to showcase a wide range of 3D techniques for projects at different stages.
We are constantly evolving and are open to finding alternative ways to work, so new methods and ideas on how to visualise design would be expected and welcomed. This is a full-time position that can be based in either the London or the Kent office.
Skills and experience:
- attention to detail
- track record of creating high-quality renderings (to equal those on our website)
- excellent 3D modelling and presentation skills
- fluent in SketchUp and Lumion (essential)
- Adobe Creative Suite (desired)
- background in architecture (advantageous)
- VR (desired)
- V-Ray and/or 3D Studio MAX modelling experience (desired)
