Brookes Architects is hiring junior architects/Part 2 architectural assistants to join its team in London.
Brookes Architects is seeking junior architects and architectural assistants to join our team to assist on the technical design of medium and large residential and mixed use schemes.
We are located in south west London, close to Richmond Park, with our office in The Grange at The Bank of England Sports Club, Roehampton.
Successful candidates will have proven proficiency, a strong work ethic and a solid ability to work accurately in all aspects. They will be self-motivated with the ambition to take increasing responsibility and to grow with the practice.
Essential requirements:
- demonstrable experience working on UK residential projects, including the production of drawings and schedules for construction and co-ordination with design team consultants
- experience of producing construction/working drawings using Revit
- a sound knowledge of the planning process and building regulations
- accurate detailed design and technical drawing abilities
- strong communication skills with fluent verbal and written English

Salary will be agreed commensurate with experience in line with the RIBA Salary Guide and London weighting.
