BIM technician
at Farrells
Farrells is looking for a BIM technician to join its team in London.
The successful candidate will work on a range of mixed-use and residential projects across a variety of scales and tenures. The role requires an all-round ability to work collaboratively on projects from planning submissions through to post-contract construction packages with a focus on residential schemes in London.
Key responsibilities:
- work collaboratively with the project team in various projects providing support over BIM aspects
- use BIM to perform project tasks
- support the team with BIM requirement
- 3D and 2D modelling and technical drawings (in plans, sections and elevations)
Qualifications and skills required:
- three years’ experience
- strong knowledge of BIM technology, software and processes
- experience working on residential London developments
- coordination skills
- ability to work independently and within a team
- strong Revit skills
- knowledge of AutoCAD (useful but not mandatory)
