Feilden Fowles Architects has an opportunity for an architectural technician to join its team in London.

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, full-time

Role salary guide: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum

Role overview

Feilden Fowles are looking for a talented and capable Architectural Technician to join their team.

Please note, this a supporting role with strong emphasis on developing the practice’s Revit and BIM skills.

Key skills: Revit, AutoCAD

Responsibilities:

• production and development of Revit models and working drawings
• continuous development and maintenance of Revit models, libraries, and templates
• implement and enforce best practice procedures
• support teams on various projects

Skills and experience:

• minimum five years’ professional experience working with Revit, exemplifying an ability to produce parametric families
• minimum five years’ professional experience in technical detailing, specification and modelling construction details in Revit
• excellent working knowledge of Revit (both modelling and drafting)
• working understanding of materials and construction processes
• ability to produce excellent, high-quality drawings
• ability to work collaboratively
• ability to work with NBS specifications
