Hours of work: 40 hours per week, full-time
Role salary guide: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum

Role overview
Feilden Fowles are looking for a talented and capable Architectural Technician to join their team.
Please note, this a supporting role with strong emphasis on developing the practice’s Revit and BIM skills.
Key skills: Revit, AutoCAD
Responsibilities:
- production and development of Revit models and working drawings
- continuous development and maintenance of Revit models, libraries, and templates
- implement and enforce best practice procedures
- support teams on various projects
Skills and experience:
- minimum five years’ professional experience working with Revit, exemplifying an ability to produce parametric families
- minimum five years’ professional experience in technical detailing, specification and modelling construction details in Revit
- excellent working knowledge of Revit (both modelling and drafting)
- working understanding of materials and construction processes
- ability to produce excellent, high-quality drawings
- ability to work collaboratively
- ability to work with NBS specifications
