Spaceagency is seeking a full-time senior architect with minimum ten years’ experience to join its team in London.

Spaceagency is a destination experience design company specialising in way-finding and urban experience masterplanning. Our international client portfolio includes cities, global brands and collaborations with renowned design studios. Projects will include way-finding for giga projects in the Middle East, visitor experience design and placemaking projects as well as exhibition design projects.

The practice is looking to recruit a full-time architect with client-facing management experience and a minimum of ten years’ professional practice, who can take responsibility for the technical side of projects, detailing for construction and liaising with contractors and suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and capable individual to play a senior role within our management team. The role will involve project management as well as leading, mentoring and training junior staff within an expanding practice.

Technical qualifications and role requirements:

  • pProfessional degree in architecture or related design discipline
  • minimum ten years professional experience
  • UK project running experience and excellent client communication and presentation skills
  • an outstanding portfolio of realised professional design projects
  • professional English, written and verbal
  • client relationship management experience
  • project management ability

  • Revit proficiency
  • 3D software skills: Rhinoceros, V-Ray
  • 2D software skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite
  • capability to put together a CAD drawing package
  • documentation expertise
  • technical detailing skills
  • availability to interview in person in London, eligibility to begin work immediately in London with a current valid working visa for the UK
