Design Haus Liberty is currently looking for a mid-level CAD technician to join its busy London team.
Design Haus Liberty is a vibrant and dynamic architectural and interiors practice based in central London. Renowned for its high-end residential, office, and developer led schemes in both the UK and internationally, the practice prides itself with unique and beautifully crafted projects that achieve strong, cohesive and interesting interdisciplinary propositions.
We are currently in search of mid-level CAD technicians with a minimum two-four years of experience to be part of the development and growth of our team as we progress into the international marketplace. The role will include responsibility for independent technical delivery of large-scale commercial fit-out schemes in the Asian marketplace and being a go-to for technical queries within the office.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in working on the delivery team for commercial fit-outs from stage three into stage four drawing sets as well as excellent technical detailing in AutoCAD. You will work as a mid-level CAD technician alongside our design team and be responsible for detailed design documentation and construction information. You must be comfortable in AutoCAD and confident in your design delivery skills. Mandarin speaking and Chinese fit-out experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Senior level applications will also be considered.
