Catto & Co is seeking an assistant project manager to join its team. Catto & Co is a London-based “turn-key” design and build firm that specialises in delivering excellent architectural and interior design, efficient project management and high quality construction. Our aim is to remove the complexity from domestic construction projects with a driven team all under one roof. We pride ourselves on our open, fast paced and friendly team.
We are currently looking to hire a talented and driven assistant project manager who wants to be part of our growing business, who is a great team player with a positive can-do attitude. As a small team of seven we are looking for someone ready to get involved with all aspects of our growing company as well as the day to day running of projects. We are a growing team working on some very exciting projects in London and the home counties so this is a great opportunity for the right person.
You will be working under the guidance of the project manager communicating and working with clients, consultants, planning authorities and contractors, coordinating all parties and assisting on projects from their beginning to completion.
Requirements for the role:
- an understanding of the construction process
- project management experience but not essential
- a passion for the built environment and an eye for detail
- exceptional time management and communication skills
- the ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues
- a willingness to learn and eventually grow into a Project Manager
- eligible to work in the UK and have fluency in written and spoken English
- a full UK driving licence
Additional information:
- start date ASAP
- three-month probation period required to make sure that you are a good fit for us, and vice versa
- salary dependant on experience within the industry
- regular working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm
