The role at a glance
We seek an intermediate interior designer or interior architect with a strong design focus for our growing interiors team in London. The right candidate is an independent thinker who thrives on group collaboration and a fast-paced environment. This person must be motivated, have a strong design sense, detailed-orientated, confident voicing their opinion within a team, able to work both within a team and independently, and possess a positive attitude and excitement towards their work.
In your new role, you will:
- presentation development and preparations
- interior planning and organisation
- rendering skills
- material and finishes selection
- exposure to all phases and stages of projects
- preparation of stage two to four documentation
- strong design talent with supporting technical skills
What you will need to succeed:
- degree in interior design or architecture from an accredited university
- five to ten years’ professional experience, ideally within the corporate, science or healthcare sectors
- demonstrated proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp and other design related programs
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- working knowledge of drawings and procedures
- familiarity with codes and regulations
- documentation, detailing and specifications skills
- efficient, detail orientated, thorough, high standards for quality design and documents
