Nicola Harding & Co is looking for a talented and ambitious mid-weight designer to join its growing studio in London.

You will be part of a friendly, dynamic team, working in a stimulating, open plan, studio environment. We take great care to look after each member of the team and to promote their professional development. You will be working on an exciting mix of residential and commercial projects. We have a dedicated procurement team and an in-house finance manager to support the design team.

Key responsibilities
What we’re looking for:
You will have a proven ability to work on all stages of a project working under the direction of a senior designer and associate. You will be competent in putting together mood boards and material boards, as well as creating sketches and technical packages in CAD and Estimac. A team player, you will have a willingness to mentor juniors and interns in your project teams. You will share our interest in history and styles, period detailing and antiques, as well as understanding current trends. You will have an appetite for colour, texture and blending of personal cultural histories. You should have a good knowledge of antiques, materials, and FF&E.
Experience and qualifications required:
- two-plus years’ post qualification experience of high-end residential and commercial projects

- Microsoft Office

- Estimac
