Hetreed Ross Architects is seeking a project architect to join its practice in Bath, UK.
Hetreed Ross Architects are a long-established practice located on the outskirts of Bath, in an award-winning converted brewery.
We are a friendly and approachable team of talented designers specialising in bespoke, smaller scale projects with sustainability at the heart of all we do. We work on a wide range of building types, including listed buildings, throughout the south west, with the majority of our work in the residential and community sectors.
We are seeking a full-time architect with at least five years UK experience and offer the opportunity for rapid career progression for the right candidate. You will be a team player, with excellent design and communication skills and the technical ability to tackle Stage four working drawings with confidence, as well as experience of stage five on site.
You will have strong CAD skills and experience of vectorworks would be preferable for the role. Familiarity with current building regulations and JCT Minor Works and intermediate forms of contract is essential and an interest in passivhaus would be desirable. Full UK driving licence is necessary.
